The following items cannot be shipped:

• Live organisms
• Weapons (this includes camping or hunting knives and any non-kitchen knives)
• Hemp oil, CBD oil, or any related products
• Items with concentrated alcohol
• Animal skins, furs, and ivory
• Gas cylinders or pressurized materials
• Alcoholic drinks, tobacco products, nicotine items, rolling papers, lighters, and other tobacco accessories
• Fireworks and flares
• Prescription drugs
• Power banks, cellphone batteries, camera batteries, laptop batteries, or any standalone batteries
• Paint products
• Aerosol containers (Note: body spray is acceptable for shipping)
• Government, police, or military uniforms, IDs, first-aid kits, night vision equipment, or related items
• Perishable food items
• Poisonous materials
• Toxic and infectious materials such as pesticides, insecticides, mercury, poisons, etc.
• All Over-the-counter medications such as pain relievers, cold and flu treatments, and allergy medications
• Drones or UAVs
• Ammunition, firearms, explosives, fireworks, fuses, including weapon replicas or any related accessories
• Batteries for cars or motorcycles
• Letters, mail, legal documents, or any other forms of documentation
• Items made of glass and ceramics are very fragile and are shipped at your own risk.
• Tactical clothing, gear, knives, weapons, or accessories
• Seeds, plants, and fertilizers
• Lighters, butane lighters/torches, lighter fluid, or matches

The following items may be shipped under specific conditions:

• Dietary supplements - Must be factory sealed and unused/unopened.
• Protein powders and workout supplements - Must be factory sealed and unused/unopened.
• Perfume, cologne, body mists, aftershave, and body spray - Must be genuine. We cannot ship counterfeit or questionable quality products. They must be new and factory sealed. We will not ship any perfumes whose quality and origin we cannot easily verify. We ship perfume weekly.
• In accordance with airline packaging regulations, some items must be separated during packaging. For example, products containing lithium-ion batteries will be separated from general cargo items like clothing and cosmetics.
• Glass and ceramic items are very fragile and are shipped at your own risk.

We maintain the right to package items as we deem appropriate and in compliance with the laws and regulations of the exporting, transit (if applicable), and importing countries.

We reserve the right to decline the shipment of any product or package.
